Jimmie “Miracle Man” Morgan Jr., 58, passed away Nov. 26, 2019 at his residence.
Jimmie was born Feb. 25, 1961 to the late Jimmie Morgan Sr. and Minnie Lee Boone. He was a 1980 graduate from Madison Heights High School, attended Indiana State University and a retired Boxer. Jimmy encourage health living and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Jimmy is survived his companion Helen Shankli; Sisters Byvonda Hendrix, Michelle (John) Hopkins, Ivana Morgan; Brothers Winston Morgan, Lawrence Messer Taylor, George (Cynthia) Hendrix, Marcus Fuller, Tommy (Von) Mitchem, Derrick (Mary Hellen) Mitchem and a host of family and friends.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents Jerry Morgan Sr., Ella Mae Morgan, Willie Collier and Kiziah Collier.
Service will be held Noon Friday at Bethesda Missionary Baptist, 2124 Cedar St., with visitation from 10am to noonprior to service.
