Dan E. Beard, 66, passed away Dec. 2, 2020 at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital Anderson.
Dan was born July 12, 1954 the late Porter and Irene Beard. He was a 1972 graduate of Madison Heights High School and employed at Kmart for 15 years. Dan enjoyed playing drums and spending time with family and friends..
Dan is survived by his son Corey Pritt; Daughter Ashley Beard; Sisters Inez Simmond, Virginia Rayford; 5 grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Brother Robert Jones,; Friends Debra Pritt, Alicia Goins and Bill Simmonds.
Service will be noon Thursday at Glazebrooks Funeral Services, 2812 Nichol Avenue, with burial at Maplewood Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 10AM to noon prior to service.
