Edward “JR” Allen III, 53, passed away Feb. 7, 2020 at Community Hospital.
JR was born Sept. 13, 1966 to the late Edward Jr. and Luceal D. Allen. He was a 1984 Anderson High School graduate and enjoyed playing cards, cooking and fishing.
JR is survived by his son Wesley D. Allen; Daughter Whitley Starr Allen; Sisters Sharon (Dennis) Lindsey, Charlette Davis, Leslie Davis, Loree Allen; Brothers Theodore (Sharon) Manuel, William Davis, Michael Lloyd, Julian (Carolyn) Davis, Greg Allen and a host family and friends.
Service will be held 11am Friday at Glazebrooks Funeral Services, 2822 Nichol Ave., with visitation two hours before service.
