Robert Junious Lark Sr., 75, passed away Dec. 15, 2020 at residence after an extended illness.
Robert was born Nov. 17, 1945 to Cleavon and Lara Lark in Money, MS. He was US Army Veteran and GM retiree. Robert was avid sports player, loved coaching, big fan of the Chicago bears and LA Lakers and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Robert is survived by his son Robert (Jennifer) Lark; Daughters Michelle Brown, Leticia Lark, Shannen (Ja’Quan) Lark; Sisters Mildred (Stotmy Jr.) Steen, Rosa (Samuel Sr.) Simmons; Brother George (Lenora) Lark; Grandchildren De’Quan Blackmon, De’Andre Twilley, Kayla (Courtney) Jennings, Jessica Lark, Isis Davis, Jordan Lark, Jace Lark, Landen Lark, Kaden Lark, Javin Lark, Kiara Lark, Ja’Lylah Roberts, Alayah Roberts, 10 great-grandchildren; Special Friend Napoleon Meadors III and host of family and friends.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents Cleavon and Lara Lark and brother Willie Lark.
Service will be held 2pm Saturday at Glazebrooks Funeral Services, 2822 Nichol Avenue, with visitation from 11am to 2pm prior to service.
