Wilbur J. Lewis Sr., 68, passed away Dec. 10, 2020 at I.U. Carmel Hospital after an extended illness.
Wilbur was born Feb. 20, 1952 in Montgomery, AL. to the late Willie and Ollie Lewis. He was a graduate from George Washington High School, veteran of US Army and retire from Owens Illinois Brockway. Wilbur enjoyed fishing, Alabama football and spending time with family and friends.
Wilbur is survived by his sons Wilbur (Jessica) Lewis, Denzel Lewis; Daughters Denisa (Kenneth) Preston, Bridget Lewis; Sister Gloria Hawkins; Granddaughter Clarissa Fields 9 grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Wilbur was preceded in death by his parents; Wife Jaynie Lewis and son Andre Fields.
Visitation from 10am to noon Friday at Glazebrooks Funeral Service, 2822 Nichol Ave.
Service will be at a later date.
