Johnny Earl Cole Sr., 66, passed away on Jan. 28, 2022 at Ascension St Vincent Hospital.
Johnny was born Oct. 1, 1955 in Muskegon, MI. to Lee and Velma Cole. He was a 1973 Madison Heights graduate, employed at GM and Chrysler. Johnny enjoyed music, dressing, dancing and spending time with family and friends.

Johnny is survived by his wife Ronder Cole; sons Johnny Earl “Boosy” Cole Jr., James “DJ” Stewart Jr.; daughters Kimberly Baylor, Johnnell Young, Alise Janae Cole, Yalunda Williams, La’kietha Stewart, Larhonda Stewart; Sister Anngel Pearson; brothers Lee Henry Cole Jr., Tyson Cole; 27 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, special friends Stacey Newsom, Ricky Watkins, Jim Harris, Darrelyn McCloud and a host of family and friends.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents; daughters Shonta Latrice Cole and Monica Stewart.
Service will be 2pm Saturday at Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church, 2124 Cedar St., with visitation from noon to 2pm prior to service.
