Kevin Vincent Brown, 60, was born in Anderson on Jan. 6, 1954, to Donna Ruth (Adams) Brown and Lawrence William Brown.
Kevin received his education in the Anderson Community Schools. He enjoyed his work in photography during his school years. Kevin worked for the City of Anderson and retired after 30 years of service. He was an expert heavy equipment operator and truck driver. He was a union representative for AFSCME.
He loved to have company over to debate current issues and sporting events.
Kevin’s hobbies included playing music, fishing and basketball. He was an avid fan of the Indiana Pacers.
Kevin entered eternal rest on April 20, 2014, at his home after an extended illness.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Rosalyn Brown; daughters, Terreca Brown of Indianapolis, and Tamara Brown of Panama City, Fla.; son, Dante’ Brown of Indianapolis; brothers, Jerry (Sandra) Brown, Steven Brown, Michael (Dorothy) Brown, David Brown, and Dorian Brown;s sisters, Saundra Clark, Christy Lucas, Judy (Tim) Owens, and Kimberly Brown; grandchildren, Kendal Farier, Mackenzie Edwards, LaTiria Garcia, Imani Brown, Zion Brown, Genesis Brown and Micah Gardner; and many other relatives and friends.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lawrence William Brown Jr.; and sister Opal Buchannan
