Kevin “K New” Newsom, 52, passed away Apr. 4, 2023.
Kevin was born March 15, 1971 to Aundrea and Roger Newsom. He was an Madison High School graduate and was a professional Barber. Kevin enjoyed drawing, Marvel comics, comic book, listening to music, chess and spending time with family and friends.
Kevin is survived by his daughters Morgan Newsom, Jayce Newsom; son Kevin Newsom Jr.; mother Aundrea (William) Watson; sister Maria (Angelo) Newsom-Muhammad Staci Newsom; Brothers Darrell (Shonia) Folden, Shawn Newsom, Sidney (Janet) Newsom; grandchildren Avonni, Kadie; special friends Richard Jackson, Lester Wright and a host of family and friends.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father Roger Newsom.
Service will be noon Wednesday at Glazebrooks Funeral Services, 2822 Nichol Ave., with visitation 2 hours prior to service.
