Margaret M. Wilkerson, 81, passed away July 19, 2023 at IU Methodist hospital.
Margaret was born May 7, 1942 in Talladega, AL. She was a GM retiree, enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Margaret is survived by her sons Louie (Margaret) Wilkerson, Chris (Becky) Wilkerson;daughter Wygenia Sims; 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Margaret was preceded in death by her mother Louise Sims; son Bernard Wilkerson; grandchildren Dytika Wilkerson, Tameika Wilkerson, Tyrelle Wilkerson; grandparents Harper Nelson Bledsoe and Lela Bledsoe.
Funeral service will be noon Saturday at Anderson Zion Baptist Church, 2008 Rev. J T Menifee St., with visitation 2 hours prior to service. Burial at Maplewood Cemetery.
